We believe that the permanent and contract / interim candidate market is divided in two sections, namely the active market and the inactive market. The active market consists of those candidates that are actively seeking employment whereas as the inactive market consists of individuals that are not actively seeking but when approached are potentially interested in a career change.
We also believe that no two roles are the same and our pan-European experience has taught us that candidate pools across Europe differ greatly. Cultures, pay structures, availability of skills, etc. vary widely and this means that a sourcing strategy in one country or region will not necessarily work in another.
These beliefs form the driving force behind our range of services and the way we approach recruitment. Although we always respect our client’s opinion about how to best source a candidate, we never assume that they are right. In the same light, we never assume that a job description is completed until we have conducted a thorough briefing session to gain an in depth understanding of the role.
