£120k basic with £250k OTE

Our client provides technology to some of the world’s most established financial brands to new and disruptive players, helping them improve every aspect of their business.  They are a global company, employing almost 2000 people across the UK, Australia, South Africa, Canada, New Zealand and Asia.

They are looking to grow their Business Development capability by hiring a number of Senior Sales people to drive their revenue growth within their Enterprise sales capability.

Accountabilities:

  • To develop and execute both strategic and tactical plans to support business strategies.
  • Responsible for new advice and/or integrated advice/investment sales into the business
  • To position the Company as having a reputation for innovation with market leading levels of client service ensuring full customer satisfaction to maximise client retention.
  • To work closely with the Propositions and Marketing team to ensure the Solutions, Pricing and Promotion are fit for purpose and deliver to current and anticipated future client requirements

Core Skills, Knowledge and Attributes

  • Proven record of delivering client focused solution based sales
  • Proven industry experience within Fintech sales, able to leverage strong industry relationships
  • Excellent presentation pitching skills with a hands-on approach
  • Proven capability on being able to demonstrate the software/products
  • Strong admin skills, able to scale key processes and requirements
  • Proven ability to understand a market world and identify opportunities therein
  • Excellent knowledge of the Wealth sector - including a comprehensive knowledge and awareness of change drivers.
  • Demonstrable track record of revenue generation within the Wealth sector.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Outcome focussed who thrives in achieving performance expectations against agreed targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A self-Starter with excellent relationship, communication and time management skills.
