The position of Global Head of Risk Consulting & Analytics is a newly created role, reporting to the CEO of Reinsurance Solutions. The Solutions division is focussed on building and launching new and scaleable tech-enabled platforms for their clients, across both P&C and L&H.
The formation of this Reinsurance Solutions division has been formalised at the beginning of 2022 and represents the natural progression of their Reinsurance strategy to focus on differentiation through Core, Transactions and Solutions.
The team of Risk Consulting & Analytics offers Life & Health (L&H) and Property & Casualty (P&C) based consultative services. It works with cross-functional teams for existing reinsurance clients as well as seeking new revenue streams from non-clients and new clients in adjacent sectors. Supplemented by 3rd party contributions contractually through partnerships and acquisitions, Risk Consulting & Analytics provides risk consulting services through existing sales channels and provides analytics support to product teams. Risk Consulting & Analytics has MbO fee and collaboration targets for consulting services and also for product sales.

Professional Qualifications:
- Extensive insurance (L&H and/or P&C) industry, client and (risk) consulting knowledge with proven progressive experience
- Proven experience of delivering client solutions that leverage data & analytics
- Significant experience of working in an innovation environment and able to demonstrate delivery of client solutions
- Natural curiosity and good understanding of current and future technological developments, in particular also related to data
- An entrepreneurial and commercially savvy executive with a proven ability of thinking strategically whilst focusing on delivering results and propositions to clients
- Excellent strategic, conceptual and analytical thinking
- Ability to steer complex processes/initiatives end-to-end
- Track record of building productive and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders at a senior management level, breaking down silos and acting as a bridge builder between different teams
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Fluent in English
