About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and sustainably growing the Solutions' business with non-traditional distribution channels across the market. You will develop the strategy, identify target channels and companies and develop and grow our consulting, technology and data solutions business with alternative distribution channels.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the defined sales targets for our alternative distribution channels' business
- Develop and implement our go-to-market strategy and identify relevant target segments and clients
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified partner and client prospects
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our value proposition
- Originate new partners, clients and sales, growing the Solutions' business
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Engage with partners and clients and maintain long-term, high-quality and mutually beneficial connections to nurture balanced growth and identify up-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and Solutions Product Development teams to develop and implement effective strategies to improve partner and client outreach and generate new business
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain a solid knowledge of SR Solutions' underlying technology, the range of existing products and consulting services.
- Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and interactions in the CRM system
- Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to management
- Connect proactively with existing teams, infrastructure, systems and processes.
- Foster a collaborative working relationship across all functions and relevant regional and global teams
About you
- Ten years of relevant Sales and Origination experience in either financial, technology or professional services
- Proven history of developing, negotiating, implementing, and successfully growing relationships at the C-suite level
- Relevant experience and knowledge of insurance technology and the risk management landscape
- Hungry to generate new and existing business relationships and drive to make bottom-line impact
- Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong lead-generation skills.
