Sales Director – Europe (Remote)
We are recruiting for a client that is transforming the insurance industry through AI/ML-driven technology. Their platform helps insurers optimize risk portfolios, enabling them to provide fair and sustainable coverage in challenging markets, including those affected by climate change, cyber threats, and economic shifts.
Their innovative approach enhances underwriting decisions by leveraging underutilized data, delivering real-time insights, and driving operational efficiency. They serve a diverse client base across the insurance sector, from large carriers to startups, all with significant deal sizes.
This role is ideal for a process-oriented, self-starting sales professional who thrives in a high-value, consultative sales environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s footprint, working closely with internal teams including customer success, product, and engineering. The position offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and strong accelerators.
Role Responsibilities:
- 3-10 years of B2B enterprise software sales experience
- Proven success in a structured sales environment (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.)
- Track record of successfully prospecting and closing new clients through all stages of the sales cycle
- Ability to build and navigate relationships at the C-suite level as well as procurement teams
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong
Role Requirements:
- Experience in P&C or Specialty Insurance is a plus
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and ability to communicate their value to clients
- Prior experience in entrepreneurial, high-growth software companies
